Additional Driver
Allow anyone in the group to drive the rented car and give yourself the opportunity to enjoy the journey from the passenger’s seat. You can use the service anytime during your car rental for just €5 + VAT/rental day for each driver.1
Children Safety Seat
Ensure your children’s safety during your journey by including a baby seat in your car rental for just €5+VAT/rental day. We provide 3 different groups of child seats:
• Group 0+/1: Ideal for children weighing between 0 - 18 kg.
• Group 1/2/3: Ideal for children weighing between 9 -36 kg.
• Booster seat (group 2-3): Ideal for children weighing between 15-36kg.
All baby seats provided by Hertz are certified according to the European Safety Rules ECE 44/04.
GPS Navigator
Find your way around when traveling to a new destination by including a GPS in your car rental for just a small extra fee of €8 + VAT/rental day2.
Each of the provided GPS includes:
• Detailed roadmaps of every location in Montenegro.
• Voice instructions in over 10 languages.
• 5-inch color touch screen.
Snow Chains
Ensure your safety when driving on a snowy area during winter, by including in your reservation snow chains for just €3+VAT/rental day.
Insurances
Every car rental with Hertz includes collision damage waiver and a 24/7 road assistance from Interamerican. However, you always expect the unexpected..Fortunately Hertz has a range of optional extra insurances to travel with peace of mind!
Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW): Reduce your liability to a minimum charge, according to the car group you have picked, by paying an additional small fee in the price of CDW.

Theft Protection (TP)3: Choose Theft Protection to reduce your financial responsibility in case of theft of the rented car to a minimum charge, based on the car group you have chosen.

To include any of above extras on your car rental, please let us know of your choice in the field “ARRIVAL INFORMATION – COMMENTS”, on the 3rd step of the reservation (CONFIRMATION) or through our “Hertz Online Check-In” service, on the 3rd step; alternatively, you can contact our Reservation Department at +382 20 653 115.
1 Each additional driver must hold a valid driving license for at least a year, issued in Montenegro, the European Union or be a holder of a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).
2 Maximum charge per rental €56 + VAT.
3 Theft Protection does not cover theft of personal belongings from the rented car.
4 Aggregate indemnity for every accident is limited to €88,000.
